ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND INDEMNITY
By accepting food from JustOneMore NPC, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Food Source: I understand that the food I am receiving has been prepared and/or donated by various sponsors, donors, and partner organizations working with JustOneMore NPC.
2. Voluntary Acceptance: I am voluntarily accepting this food and have not been coerced or forced to do so.
3. Food Condition: I acknowledge that JustOneMore NPC and its partners have made reasonable efforts to ensure the food is safe for consumption. However, I accept the food "as is" and at my own risk.
4. Indemnity and Waiver: I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless JustOneMore NPC, its directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, donors, and all partner organizations from any and all claims, demands, actions, or liabilities arising from:
- The consumption of the food received
- Any allergic reactions or food intolerances
- Any illness, injury, or adverse effects resulting from consuming the food
- The quality, content, or preparation of the food
5. No Liability: I understand that JustOneMore NPC and its partners shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or illnesses that may occur as a result of consuming the food.
6. Personal Responsibility: I accept full responsibility for inspecting the food before consumption and acknowledge that I should not consume any food that appears spoiled, damaged, or unsafe.
7. Data Protection: I understand that my personal information will be handled in accordance with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act).
